The WellNest takes reasonable steps to protect account and platform information and uses established third-party services where appropriate to support secure platform operations.
Payments
Paid event tickets and host purchases are processed by Stripe, an established payment provider. Card details are entered directly with Stripe during checkout, and The WellNest does not store your full payment card number on its own systems.
Host payouts for paid events are handled through Stripe and sent to the bank account the host connects with Stripe.
Account Security
- Use a strong, unique password for your WellNest account.
- Protect your login credentials and keep them private.
- Avoid sharing account access with others.
