The WellNest is an interactive platform and marketplace connecting community members with local wellness groups, fitness clubs, instructors, and events.

Use of the Service

You agree to use this Service lawfully and respectfully, and not to submit false, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.

User Submissions

You are responsible for the content you submit (Nest suggestions, RSVPs, weekly wins). You grant us a non-exclusive license to display your submissions on the site. We may remove any content at our sole discretion.

Hosted Events & Activities

All events, classes, walks, and meetups are organized independently by community Hosts and Coaches, not by us. The WellNest does not host, supervise, direct, or insure these activities. Participation in any hosted event found on this platform is entirely at your own risk — see our full Disclaimer.

Accounts & Access

Most features require no account. Administrative access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
